Personal Student Advisors
At ICDC College, each online student is assigned a Personal Student Advisor who provides guidance through the entire degree, diploma or certificate program from enrollment to graduation. Your Student Advisor has a one-on-one relationship with you and can facilitate your interactions with your instructor whenever necessary for a more productive learning experience. Personal Student Advisors are available to answer questions, help students get started on their class assignments, and generally make the learning experience easier and stress-free. Personal Student Advisors are available by phone or e-mail, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM PST.
Your Virtual ICDC College Campus
ICDC College has created an engaging and very secure Virtual Campus online, through which students have access to a number of resources to help make their education a success. As an online student, you will receive a personal email account. You will be able to see your grades and personal student information at any time. And you will have access to your online classroom, the online library, and a wide range of tools and information that can help you both inside and outside the classroom.
Additional Services
ICDC College provides a personal technical support advisor to help students address any computer issues that may arise. Students also have access to resources such as tutoring and guidelines for online learning to help them reach their graduation day.
