Career Services

ICDC College offers career assistance to all graduates to help with their job search. While ICDC College does not guarantee employment for its graduates, we reach out to numerous potential employers and provide access to resources to assist students in finding a new job related to their career training program.

All students complete an Employment Preparation course. Additionally, each student is assigned a personal Career Services Advisor, who will provide an individualized career assessment and job search plan. The Career Services Advisor is there to help students through every step of the job search process, from resume writing and job searching skills, to providing good interviewing techniques. The Career Services Advisor will also help identify employment opportunities in each student’s regional area.

In addition, ICDC College’s Virtual Career Development Office has an online Resource Library that provides guidance in writing effective resumes and cover letters, conducting online job searches, and improving your interview skills. ICDC College encourages you to explore each section of our career Resource Library as you embark on your job search.
