The driving energy behind the development and implementation of ICDC College's programs comes from its founder, Anna Berger, CPA, with over 18 years experience in employment and business training.
Ms. Berger, as President and CEO had a vision to equip students with the fundamental “job-oriented” skills and knowledge necessary to become employable within the many business and medical industries throughout the Los Angeles area.

ICDC College is dedicated to training individuals for their chosen career. Our aim is to provide students with knowledge and technical proficiency that will make them employable for entry-level positions upon graduation.

ICDC College’s goal is to help guarantee the success of every prospective student who walks through our front doors. We make it easy for our students to begin their education immediately no matter whether they have some or no education, or possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. ICDC College provides Financial Aid Assistance to help make education affordable for those who qualify.

We also realize that all students have not been afforded the chance to complete their high school education for whatever reason. As such, ICDC College offers complimentary GED preparation classes in a safe, classroom environment with instructors who care and are sensitive to the specific educational needs of each student.

Our G.E.D. preparation classes include class instruction, tutoring assistance, and all study materials. Upon enrollment, ICDC College conducts a thorough educational needs assessment to help the student understand what study areas are deficient in order to help get them up to speed.

As an added bonus, ICDC College pays for all G.E.D. testing fees for its students.
